As a coach psychologist, I draw on principles of positive psychology, cognitive behavioural coaching, narrative coaching, neurolinguistic programming, and solution-focused coaching. Our sessions will focus on building your strengths, overcoming barriers, and establishing goals aligned with your values. We’ll consider all aspects of your life, including lifestyle factors like diet, sleep, and habits, while fostering pleasure, engagement, and meaning. This holistic approach is designed to help you flourish and unlock your potential.​​​
