I offer neurodivergent-affirming coaching that is built on one core truth: your brain is not broken, it’s brilliant. Together, we’ll work with your unique wiring to understand how your mind works and develop strategies that actually make sense for your life.

  • Coping with everyday challenges: routines, focus, sensory needs, emotional regulation, relationships

  • Preventing and recovering from burnout

  • Building strategies that suit your brain, not society’s expectations

  • Learning how to unmask safely and show up as your authentic self

Why this work matters:​

I’m a self-identified AuDHD coach, and the more I learn about neurodivergence, the more I fall in love with it. I’ve faced the confusion, the burnout, the relief of finally having words for my experience -  and the grief that can come with it, too.

​

I coach from both lived experience and ongoing learning. This is a space where your neurodivergent traits are seen not as flaws to be fixed, but as signals to be understood and honored.
