ADHD & Autism
Work with your brain - not against it

Whether you're diagnosed or self-identified, you are welcome here.

I offer neurodivergent-affirming coaching and/or psychotherapy that’s built on one core truth: your brain is not broken — it’s brilliant. Together, we’ll work with your unique wiring to understand how your mind works and develop strategies that actually make sense for your life.
Who I work with:
🔸 Late-diagnosed women navigating identity, burnout, and masking fatigue
🔸 Neurodivergent teens struggling with overwhelm, executive function, or self-esteem
🔸 Parents of younger children seeking insight, support, and practical tools to help their child thrive

What we focus on:
-
Understanding your ADHD/Autistic mind — what helps you shine, what drains you, and why
-
Coping with everyday challenges: routines, focus, sensory needs, emotional regulation, relationships
-
Preventing and recovering from burnout
-
Building strategies that suit your brain, not society’s expectations
-
Learning how to unmask safely and show up as your authentic self

Why this work matters:
I’m a self-identified AuDHD coach, and the more I learn about neurodivergence, the more I fall in love with it. I’ve faced the confusion, the burnout, the relief of finally having words for my experience — and the grief that can come with it, too.

I coach from both lived experience and ongoing learning. This is a space where your neurodivergent traits are seen not as flaws to be fixed, but as signals to be understood and honored.
Let’s Build Your Toolkit
This is not about “fixing” you — it’s about supporting you.
Sessions are practical, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your needs and energy.

If you're ready to stop forcing yourself to fit into boxes that weren’t made for you — I’m here.
Let’s explore what thriving looks like for you.
