A positive psychology coach uses positive psychology help you identify and use your strengths to make your life better. This includes building in more pleasure, engagement and meaning to your life. So think of it as unlocking your potential to be the best you can be, and flourish at the same time.
As a qualified psychotherapist and Psychology lecturer, I bring a unique set of skills and knowledge to my coaching practice, enabling a deeper insight into what you bring to the coaching session.
